Giuliano Sale

Born in 1977 in Cagliari, Italy, Giuliano Sale lives and works in Italy. He studied at “F.Fois” in Sardinia. Working exclusively in oil on canvas, Sale develops paintings in which figuration, still life, and bodily fragments coexist within psychologically unstable spaces. Built through layering, revision, and accumulation, his works combine technical precision with ambiguous and often unsettling imagery.

His work has been exhibited internationally in galleries, museums, and art fairs including the 54th Venice Biennale, Prague Biennale 4, Premio Cairo at Museo della Permanente in Milan, Artissima, ArtVerona, and Arte Fiera Bologna, where MC2 Gallery presented a solo booth dedicated to his recent work in 2026. Sale has held solo exhibitions at Antonio Colombo Artecontemporanea, MC2 Gallery, and Mother’s Tankstation, among others.

His work is included in several private collections, including Collezione SOLO, Collezione Coppola, Collezione Demara, and other international collections.
